Road Air Distribution is the third party logistics partner for Rockwell Automation. We were initially asked to monitor and control the testing and commissioning of the Materials Handling System. This has led to subsequent work including the preparation of training

plans, recruitment and helping the company get ready for start of operations.

Following this, we have assisted the Client through the initial stages of using the system, and helping the staff to transition from a manual working environment to an automated one. This has meant implementing change in the ways of working and improving productivity.
