Nike is the world leading distributor of sports clothing and footwear. Our association with them goes back to 1993 when we joined the professional team at the start of the concept design of a new central facility to distribute apparel from one location throughout Europe, including evaluation of sites in both Holland and Belgium.

Then followed the engineering of the detail design and the project management of the installation and commissioning of the materials handling system. At about the halfway stage of the first project, we started to develop an outline operational specification for a new Footwear facility to be developed on the same site as the Apparel facility concurrently being constructed on the site in Belgium.

However, Nike's business continued to grow at a phenomenal rate and we led a team of consultants to plan and implement Phase II of the facility development, including the extension to both parts of phase I and the retrofit of some of their existing activities whilst still in operation.

We have continued the association with Nike and have been responsible for the project management of the final phase of the Distribution Centre Development.
